500 Leads is an AI-native lead management platform. It captures leads from any source, scores them with AI, and helps your team convert them faster.

  1. Create a Source in your dashboard (e.g. “Website Contact Form”)
  2. Connect it by pointing your form or webhook to the source endpoint
  3. Leads flow in and are automatically scored and qualified by AI
  4. Your team works leads through your custom pipeline stages

Everything in 500 Leads lives inside a workspace. A workspace is your team’s shared environment. You can invite team members and control access with roles (Owner, Admin, Member).

A source represents where your leads come from. Each source gets a unique webhook URL. You can have multiple sources (website form, landing page, partner referral, etc.) and track which ones perform best.

A lead is a potential customer. Each lead has contact details, a score (0-100), a status, and an activity timeline showing everything that has happened since they were captured.

Your pipeline defines the stages a lead moves through (e.g. New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Closed). You can customize these stages in Settings.
