How it works

Key concepts

Section titled “Workspaces”Everything in 500 Leads lives inside a workspace. A workspace is your team’s shared environment. You can invite team members and control access with roles (Owner, Admin, Member).
Sources
Section titled “Sources”A source represents where your leads come from. Each source gets a unique webhook URL. You can have multiple sources (website form, landing page, partner referral, etc.) and track which ones perform best.
A lead is a potential customer. Each lead has contact details, a score (0-100), a status, and an activity timeline showing everything that has happened since they were captured.
Pipeline
Section titled “Pipeline”Your pipeline defines the stages a lead moves through (e.g. New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted, Closed). You can customize these stages in Settings.
