Team & Workspaces

Workspaces are the top-level organization unit in 500 Leads. Every user belongs to at least one workspace, and all data (leads, sources, pipelines) is scoped to a workspace.

Your first workspace is created automatically when you sign up. To create additional workspaces:

  1. Click the workspace name in the sidebar
  2. Select Create Workspace
  3. Enter a name and click Create
  1. Go to Settings > Members
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They will receive an invitation email
RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can delete workspace, manage billing, and change any settings.
AdminCan manage members, sources, pipelines, integrations, and API keys.
MemberCan view and work leads, but cannot change workspace settings.

Leads can be assigned to specific team members:

  • Manual assignment: Click “Assign” on a lead and pick a team member
  • My Leads filter: Each member can filter the lead list to show only their assigned leads

Team members receive notifications when:

  • A new lead comes in (if enabled in their preferences)
  • A lead is assigned to them
  • AI qualifies a lead as “Hot”

Configure notification preferences in Settings > Notifications.

If you are a member of multiple workspaces, click the workspace name in the sidebar to switch between them. Each workspace has its own leads, sources, and settings.
